Of all of the many projects scheduled to drop in 2009, there was one that we really were anticipating, and that was the release of R.I.C.H. by Richie Righteous.  We had been keeping up with Rich’s attempt to gain support and sale 50,000 units in the first week.

We couldn’t help but admire his zeal and we shared his idea that by accomplishing such a feat would make industry heads take notice and realize that there is a large segment of people out there who wanted to hear artist who weren’t afraid to say the name of Jesus in more than one song, and that it was worthwhile to invest in artist who wanted to do more than take an occasional “walk with Jesus.”

This album has been in constant rotation since we copped it at 12:01 am on the release date.  It has blessed, convicted and encouraged us in more ways that we could express.  In the light of the challenges and obstacles that presented themselves during the making of this album, makes it all the more spectacular!
